I had an MRI Scan at Al-Noor diagnostic lab in Lahore. When I reached the facility, I was received very well. Staff was courteous and friendly. In addition, I was being treated well. My requests were met fully. I asked for a staff to stay with me during the MRI Scan and this was being complied which was super sweet. I am very thankful to that staff who stayed with me in the room. In addition, the lady doctor and other staff was super friendly. Highly recommended.

I recently took my wife for her medical scan, and I am truly pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt welcoming and well-organized. The reception staff greeted us with warm smiles and guided us through the process in a very professional manner. Their polite behavior immediately made us feel comfortable.
The doctor who performed the scan was extremely skilled, gentle, and patient. He took the time to explain every step clearly, which helped reduce any anxiety we had. His professional attitude and kind nature showed that he genuinely cared about the patient’s comfort and well-being. My wife also felt very relaxed throughout the scan because of the doctor’s reassuring approach.

I recently visited Alnoor Diagnostic Centre for a spine MRI, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The front-desk staff were organized, patient, and very clear about the check-in process. The radiology team explained each step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before the scan began.
Inside the MRI room, the technician was reassuring and attentive. They checked on me throughout the scan, helped me position properly for my back pain, and made sure I understood the noises and timings so nothing felt surprising. The scan itself was smooth, and the environment felt clean, calm, and well-managed. Iqra was very helpful in each step of the way.

My results were delivered promptly, and the overall process was efficient and professional. For anyone needing a spine MRI, I would strongly recommend this facility — they combine strong technical expertise with thoughtful patient care.

I recently visited Alnoor Diagnostic Centre, Shadman for some tests of my niece. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful, making the process smooth. Their machines and equipment seemed new and in good condition, which gave us confidence in the accuracy of the results.

The centre also offers decent parking space, which is quite convenient in that busy area. However, the waiting area could use some improvement. During our visit, the AC was not working properly, making it a bit uncomfortable to wait.

With some attention to the waiting facilities, it can definitely become an even better diagnostic centre
