They are not professionals. We waited in a queue for more than 1 hour 30 mins but they keep entertained people coming after us. There is no one on reception desk for any queries or complaints.

They are charging hefty amount for diagnosis but still they are really unprofessional.

I am giving 2 stars just for the equipment they are using but for the staff specifically for reception staff a BIG ZERO .

I had an MRI Scan at Al-Noor diagnostic lab in Lahore. When I reached the facility, I was received very well. Staff was courteous and friendly. In addition, I was being treated well. My requests were met fully. I asked for a staff to stay with me during the MRI Scan and this was being complied which was super sweet. I am very thankful to that staff who stayed with me in the room. In addition, the lady doctor and other staff was super friendly. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Alnoor Diagnostic Centre, Shadman for some tests of my niece. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful, making the process smooth. Their machines and equipment seemed new and in good condition, which gave us confidence in the accuracy of the results.

The centre also offers decent parking space, which is quite convenient in that busy area. However, the waiting area could use some improvement. During our visit, the AC was not working properly, making it a bit uncomfortable to wait.

With some attention to the waiting facilities, it can definitely become an even better diagnostic centre
