Our journey begins with the dream of founder of ALNOOR Diagnostic Centre (ANDC) which has been a centre of excellence for all Radiology diagnostic services since 1983. Prof. Dr. Safdar Ali Malik (Tamgha e Imtiaz), the founder started Clinic / lab at Shadman, Lahore. Our core value is human dignity and health. 2015 - 2021
Challenges shaped the way ALNOOR is today: Open MRI and 1.5 Tesla MRI, 128 Slice CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, Color Doppler ultrasound, CBCT, Digital Mammography and a state of the art clinical laboratory. All Diagnostic services are available under one roof. ALNOOR has started its collection Centre’s all over Lahore and in other cities like Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Kasur and Sheikhupura. ALNOOR is expanding its services and the program of expansion is going on. In the days of Covid-19 ALNOOR has catered to the needs of patients at an affordable cost so that more people can avail the state of art facilities which ALNOOR is offering to its satisfied clients. PCR test for COVID-19 is a test used to diagnose people who are currently infected with SARS-CoV-2, which is the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. The PCR test is the “gold standard” test for diagnosing COVID-19 because it’s the most accurate and reliable test. Home sample collection service is also available.
2010 - 2015
OPG was added for dental X-Rays. Dexa Scan was installed in 2015. State of Art laboratory and a full scale Radiological Service was launched.
2005 - 2010
A purpose-built multi-story Diagnostic Centre was launched. This was a proper beginning of a vibrant career of Ultrasound which has unmatched success in Lahore. 16 Slice CT Scan, X-Ray (Digital) Fluoroscopy and Mammography were started.

1995 - 2000
ALNOOR was launched in present building. Radiology has always been a forte of ALNOOR since its beginning. Number of ultrasound machines was increased to 5.
1990 - 1995
ALNOOR shifted to Shadman: A Radiology Career began. The Ultrasound machine was installed along with laboratory and X-Ray Services.
1983 - 1989
Dr. Safdar Malik started his career as general practitioner in a clinic at Chauburji with limited staff with first X-Ray and a Pathology Laboratory.
